单防增稠剂TexTrit®HTV

单防增稠剂TexTrit®HTV是一种不活泼的黏弹性高分子聚合物，遇水成浆后稳定性高，不易沉降，使用方便。该水性增稠剂可广泛应用多种领域，在纺织行业中，其适用于纺织涂料印花色浆、单亲单防浆、“遇水现花” 浆等体系，可选用平网、圆网、辊筒及台板印花等工艺进行上浆。

二、使用方法

增稠剂TexTrit®HTV添加量：对全量添加0.1 -1.0%

1.取适量本品与需要增稠的物料混合。

2.加入常温水搅拌均匀，增稠一般需要10-90分钟。

3.增稠期间保持搅拌，防止因搅拌不均匀而结块。

产品性能

1.溶解性能：溶于水及其他含水的溶剂体系（例如一定比例的乙醇/水、丙醇/水体系等），溶解度基本不受体系pH影响。该单防增稠剂的水溶液透明度高，性能稳定，具有表面活性。

2. 单防增稠剂的结构影响其粘度、溶解度、凝胶温度，溶解度随粘度的降低而增大。单防增稠剂中甲氧基的含量减少，会使凝胶点升高，水溶解度降低，表面活性下降。

3.单防增稠剂不仅具有增稠性能，还具有保水性、成膜性。

注意事项

搅拌一定要均匀，防止结块。

贮 存

常温密封保存，稳定期储存36个月。开包使用后应确保容器密闭。室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

Usage:

Thickener TexTrit®HTV dosage: add 0.1 -1.0% to the total amount
